I know from experience that many people don't know where to begin when it comes to planning their wedding. That's where I come in!

Having managed a venue for a few years, I have seen it all. I have a well-rounded understanding of each vendors' part in your day and I know how to manage everyone, as a team, to make your day perfect. It's all about the details and I will see the bumps in the road before we hit them. I know your guests are important to you and keeping them and you stress-free is my number one priority.

HI FRIEND. I'M KENZIE.
Minnesota based wedding and events coordinator. I live in Apple Valley with my husband, Ryan. We had a baby boy in April 2023, Brody, and I am head over heels for him. I am a sucker for a cute coffee shop, all things Joanna Gaines and a fun rooftop bar. I light up over the opportunity to connect with people and use my experiences to make your planning process smoother. My ultimate goal is to stand before God at the end of my life, having used every ounce of talent He gave me.

With a diverse background in everything from conference planning & set-design, to luxury wedding planning & project management, I aim to join hard work with creativity, bringing a fun and fresh perspective to every event. I have managed over 180 weddings and love the challenge each one presents.
PACKAGE OPTIONS:
FULL PLANNING.
Month 1 - First Meeting - Preliminary Details | Budget Creation + Venue Selection
At our first meeting, we will discuss the items included in the budget in alignment with your priorities and desired venues. After this meeting, Kenzie will assist with setting up tours at desired venues.
Month 2 - Second Meeting - Essentials Breakdown | Timeline + Mood board
During our second meeting, we will begin to discuss the timeline and overall wedding mood board concepts. You will leave this meeting with a preliminary timeline + budget.
Month 3 - Third Meeting - Vendor Securing | Vendor Selection + Mood board reveal
During the third meeting, the initial mood board will be presented and the majority of the meeting with be spent discussing your priorities for each vendor category. After this meeting, Kenzie will gather quotes from these vendors and help to secure them via email.
Months 4-6 - Fourth Meeting - Aesthetics
The design process begins. We will design, source everything, and ensure its all included within the wedding budget. Additional items completed during this time include securing a florist and the stationary vendor for the Save The Dates, invitations, and wedding day-of items.

Month 6 - Sixth Meeting - Design Proposal Presentation
The design proposal will be completed. Following this meeting, you will select items such as rentals and florals.
Month 7 - Seventh Meeting - Finalizing Visuals Details
Kenzie will secure and finalize any visual details throughout the wedding such as rentals, signage, floral, cake design, stationary, etc.
Months 8-10 - Wedding Day Details
During this time we will work to complete the details of the day: Ceremony Outline, Specific entertainment selections for the ceremony + reception, Send the Invitations, and Complete wedding weekend guest experience. Kenzie will send out your timeline to your vendors to confirm there are no major changes.
Months 11-12 - Wedding Finalization
The last 6 weeks of the process will include finalization with all vendors and wrapping up all the small details. During this time, we will begin to have meetings every 2 weeks leading up to the wedding week.

PARTIAL PLANNING
The key difference between full planning and partial planning is who is in the drivers seat.
With full planning, I remove 99% of the homework off your plate and take the wheel so that you can sit back and just be the decision maker. Partial planning is like having me in your passenger seat. Our meetings will closely mirror the outline above and there is still no limit on the amount of time that we spend together. The main difference is who you want to be handing majority of the project management.

VISION MEETING
We sit down and go through every element of your big day
and how you dream things will look.

DESIGN BOARD
I will create a full vision board in Aisle Planner to provide you with a
cohesive vision and links to where to rent/purchase things from.​

REVISIONS
You can have up to 3 rounds of revision to the design board
so we can tweak it to make it exactly dialed into YOUR vision.

CONSULTATION
20 minute phone call to get to know each other and discuss how I can best support you.
TIMELINE MEETING
Right away when you book, we sit down to cover an initial timeline for your wedding day.
This sets your planning process up for success.
AISLE PLANNER
My amazing software system that is your all in one wedding planner. Organizes your budget, checklists, guest list, layouts, vendor contracts, and more!
UNLIMITED COMMUNICATION

FINAL DETAILS MEETING
One month before the wedding we sit down to discuss how you want things to run on your wedding day! We finalize all timeline and decor together!

MONTH OF THE WEDDING
I send out your final timeline to all vendors and I will send you a link that has all of the information that your wedding party and family need to know!
WEDDING DAY
We are there from start to finish to ensure all decor is set up and torn down, work with your vendors to keep you on time and your day stress free!
ASSOCIATE RATE $2,350 | KENZIE'S RATE $3,000
DAY OF COORDINATION FAQ'S.
STAFFING
If you choose to work with our Associate Team, we will assign your Lead Planner 60 days prior to your event date! Kenzie will be your point of contact until then. You will meet your lead planner at your final details meeting. If you have Kenzie locked in, she will be there with any needed support staff.

HOURS
We do not have a limited amount of hours so we will be there from the time the venue opens until everything is all packed up at the end to ensure everything runs smoothly!
​
FLORALS
We are not trained florists and do not arrange your florals for you. However, we are happy to place arrangements on tables and move them from the ceremony to reception.
ARCHES
Once the arch has been delivered and set up in its appropriate place, we are happy add draping or decor around it for you! Please remember to provide zip ties.
​
TABLE SETTINGS
We are happy to help with chargers, escort cards, and napkins. All plates, water goblets, and silverware need to be placed by your caterer.
​
SET UP
We will handle setting up all of your decor so you can spend your morning with your closest people.
​
TIPS
We are happy to distribute vendor tips for you! Just place them in labeled envelopes and we will take care of the rest.
​
EMERGENCIES
We've got you covered and always have an emergency kit with basic tools and the wedding day must haves!
GIFT TABLE
We will monitor cards and gifts throughout the night to make sure they are secure. At the end of the night, we will have these packed up and ready to be loaded with the rest of your decor.

DESSERTS
As we are not a licensed caterer, we are not able to touch any food. But we are happy to set out platters for your dessert table! If you want to assign someone to handle this, let them know that these should be set out during dinner.
END OF NIGHT
We will have everything all packed up and placed in the loading area ready for you to load into your car.
