In coordinating over 400 weddings, I’ve found that as members of the family and wedding party, you’re always so excited to support your friends on their big day and you truly appreciate having some guidance on how to do that best!
Below, you’ll find the event timeline and some helpful wedding details. Paighton will be your day-of coordinator and will ensure everything runs smoothly. We won’t be attending the rehearsal, so you’ll also find ceremony rehearsal details and tips below for your reference.

Before joining our team, Paighton was one of our brides, and coordinating her wedding was truly a dream. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, every project was beautifully executed, and her organization skills were unmatched. Seeing firsthand how dedicated, prepared, and intentional she was made it easy to know she would be an incredible addition to the Kenzie Heckmann Events team.
She loves getting to know each couple and finding ways to support them throughout the day, whether that’s solving last-minute challenges, perfecting details, or simply being a reassuring presence when it’s needed most.
