FOR THOSE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN, WE SUGGEST STAYING AT NATURE LINK (AT OUR VENUE) OR WE ALSO HAVE A ROOM BLOCK AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN BRAINERD. THERE ARE ALSO 3 OTHER HOTELS LISTED BELOW THAT OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT IF YOU CALL DIRECTLY. OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL BE OFFERED TO AND FROM EACH HOTEL. WE RECOMMEND BOOKING EARLY TO SECURE YOUR STAY. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate — and don’t forget your dancing shoes!
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Please check your invitation to see if a plus one was included. We kindly ask that only those listed attend.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
To keep the evening relaxed, we kindly request an adults-only celebration.
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED OR PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, shuttles will run between the hotel and the venue. Parking is available onsite — please follow signage and staff directions.]
WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
We’ll be serving a plated meal with options for everyone. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! We’ll have a full bar with signature cocktails, wine, and beer.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Our ceremony will take place indoors, so not to worry!
ARE THERE ANY EVENTS BEFORE OR AFTER THE WEDDING?
Yes! We will be having an intimate rehearsal dinner and then everyone is invited to join us for a welcome party the night before! More details on this to come!
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
